The suitable workload, student behaviour, and helpful school administration all play a major role in secondary school teachers' job Satisfaction. Despite their enthusiasm for teaching, many secondary school teachers face the possibility of burnout. Therefore, keeping skilled teachers requires supporting school administration and a pleasant school climate.

The academic performance of secondary school teachers in Rangareddy is significantly impacted by their job happiness since it boosts their productivity and fortifies their emotional connection with students.
