Abstract

The issue of organisational change in schools has become increasingly relevant in response to complex global dynamics, attracting significant academic interest. This study aims to analyse the body of literature on organisational change in school contexts through a bibliometric approach using the Scopus database. The research involved identifying specific keywords, followed by the analysis of variables such as publication trends, prolific authors, sources, and thematic clusters. The findings show a notable increase in publications over the last decade. This growing trend underscores the relevance of the topic and suggests promising avenues for further scholarly investigation. This study addresses the ever-increasing need to understand how organisational change in schools is being approached within academic literature. It aims to map the development of this field and identify key research trends and areas of gaps. Mapping and analysing the research landscape of school organisational change (2014–2024) through bibliometric methods. A bibliometric analysis was conducted using data retrieved from the Scopus database, which was then processed through tools such as VOSviewer and Biblioshiny. Summarise the main findings of the study briefly. Organisational change in schools remains a dynamic and expanding area of study. The results underscore the importance of ongoing research and provide valuable insights for educational leaders and policymakers.
