Against the backdrop of the current rapid development of China's automotive industry, this study focuses on the complex relationship between strategic talent management, innovative human capital and organization performance, aiming to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for corporate practice through in-depth exploration of this area. By systematically analyzing how strategic talent management affects organization performance and the role and function of innovative human capital in this process, this study will reveal the key management elements and paths, and provide new perspectives and strategies for enterprises to achieve sustainable development and competitive advantage.
