Abstract

This study explores the integration of traditional Mongolian ger aesthetics and symbolism into modern interior design, with a focus on cultural institutions such as museums and dance halls. Through historical and theoretical analysis, 3D experimental modeling, and empirical user evaluations, the research demonstrates the viability and psychological impact of incorporating ger
elements—like symbolic spatial organization, traditional color harmony, and decorative motifs— into contemporary settings. Findings reveal high user satisfaction and cultural resonance, suggesting that these traditional elements provide both aesthetic value and psychological comfort, thereby supporting cultural identity and sustainable design.
