Abstract

The healthcare sector is undergoing a significant transformation, driven by technological advancements, evolving patient expectations, and the need for improved outcomes across all care settings. This study explores the concept of convergent care, a unified approach that integrates hospital management, nursing, pharmacy operations, and health management systems to deliver optimal patient outcomes. The theoretical foundation of convergent care is rooted in systems thinking and complexity science, emphasizing multidisciplinary collaboration, shared mental models, and flexibility in roles.
